HADE Insights

HADE Insights is the internal reporting application of HADE AI Agency, a Romanian company that builds and operates websites, chatbots and search visibility programmes for small and medium businesses. The application consolidates performance data for the client accounts the agency manages, so that every monthly client report is produced from a single, consistent set of numbers.

What this application does

HADE Insights is a reporting and monitoring tool. It reads performance data from the Google accounts that HADE AI Agency owns or has been given access to by its clients, stores the daily aggregates, and turns them into per client reports. Specifically:

• Organic search reporting. Every day it reads impressions, clicks, average position, top queries and top pages from Google Search Console for the properties the agency manages, and stores the daily totals so month over month and year over year comparisons are possible.
• Paid search reporting. It reads campaign, ad group and keyword performance, the search terms report, cost and conversion data from the Google Ads accounts the agency manages, so that the paid and organic sides of a client's performance appear in the same report instead of two disconnected dashboards.
• Technical health monitoring. It measures Core Web Vitals and periodically checks that each managed website is actually serving its analytics tags, which is how the agency catches a broken deployment before the client does.
• AI assistant visibility. It counts visits arriving from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude using a first party beacon that sets no cookies, so the agency can measure whether a client is being recommended by AI assistants.
• Conversational agent reporting. It summarises conversation volume and quality for the chatbots the agency has delivered to clients.
• Report delivery. Once a month it generates a written report per client and emails it to the agency.

Who uses it

This application is used only by HADE AI Agency's own operators. There is no public sign up, there are no client accounts and there is no free tier. Access is protected by a single operator token held by the agency. It is not distributed to third parties and it is not offered as a product.

How it uses Google user data

The application does not create Google Ads accounts, does not manage user access, does not touch billing or payment services, and does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service. The data it reads is used solely to produce reports for the client who owns the account. It is never sold, never transferred for advertising purposes and never used to train machine learning models. • Vizibilitate în asistenți AI. Numără vizitele venite din ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini și Claude printr-un beacon propriu, fără cookie.
• Agenți conversaționali. Rezumă volumul și calitatea conversațiilor pentru chatboții livrați clienților.
• Rapoarte. Generează lunar un raport per client și îl trimite pe email.

Cine îl folosește

Aplicația este de uz intern. Nu există înregistrare publică și nu există conturi de client. Accesul se face cu un singur token de operator, deținut de HADE AI Agency. Datele Google sunt citite exclusiv, în regim de numai citire, din conturi pe care agenția le deține sau pe care clienții i le-au delegat explicit.
