1. Scope

HADE Insights is an internal application operated by HADE AI Agency, Romania, for reporting on the performance of the websites and conversational agents the agency manages for its clients. It is not a service offered to the general public, there is no public sign up and there is no free tier.

2. Access

Access is restricted to authorised operators of HADE AI Agency, by means of an operator token. Any attempt to gain unauthorised access, to bypass authentication, or to extract content by automated means is prohibited.

3. Connected Google accounts

A Google Search Console or Google Ads account may only be connected by the owner of that account or by a person that owner has authorised. The owner may revoke access at any time from their Google account settings. The handling of the resulting data is described in the privacy policy.

4. Availability and limitation of liability

The application is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The data it presents originates from third party APIs, including Google Search Console, Google Ads and the Chrome UX Report, and may be incomplete or delayed for reasons outside HADE AI Agency's control. Commercial decisions taken on the basis of these reports remain the responsibility of the person taking them.

5. Intellectual property

The code, the interface and the report format belong to HADE AI Agency. The underlying performance data belongs to the client who owns the source account.

HADE Insights este o aplicație de uz intern, operată de HADE AI Agency pentru raportarea performanței site-urilor și a agenților conversaționali pe care agenția îi administrează. Nu este un serviciu oferit publicului și nu există înregistrare publică.

2. Accesul

Accesul este rezervat operatorilor autorizați ai HADE AI Agency, pe bază de token. Orice încercare de acces neautorizat, de ocolire a autentificării sau de extragere automată a conținutului este interzisă.

3. Conturile Google conectate

Conectarea unui cont Google Search Console sau Google Ads se face numai de către titularul contului sau de către o persoană împuternicită de acesta. Titularul poate revoca accesul oricând din setările contului Google. Prelucrarea datelor este descrisă în politica de confidențialitate.

4. Disponibilitate și limitarea răspunderii

Aplicația este furnizată „ca atare”, fără garanția funcționării neîntrerupte. Datele provin din API-uri terțe și pot fi incomplete sau întârziate din motive care nu țin de HADE AI Agency. Deciziile comerciale luate pe baza rapoartelor rămân responsabilitatea celui care le ia.
